Who We Are
At Seven Dials Consulting, we understand the frustrations of selling into complex organisations. We've been helping companies of all sizes respond to healthcare industry transitions in order to stay competitive and provide rapid growth. Our extensive experience and deep network provide enablers to gain access and advice in hard to reach areas.
The founder, Oliver, has had over 20 years in commercial roles for large corporates & venture backed start-ups. After running the first generic medical device manufacturer globally, Orthimo, and simultaneously launching a medical education platform, Amodisc, he experienced first hand the challenges of growth, investment and effective sales industrialisation.
Orthimo was later named by a prominent UK Surgeon as "the biggest thing to happen to orthopaedics in 20 years".

He co-founded Amodisc, engaging medical trainees & trainers through remote training tools. They operate globally, working with numerous NGOs, LMICs and organisations such as Mt Sinai, Operation Smile, and Intuitive Foundation. Through this, Oliver sits on the United Nations Global surgical learning hub (UNITAR) technical committee as an AI lead.
Oliver has led numerous companies to scale, with a focus on the UK healthcare market. Under his advice, many of these achieved majority market share and/or national contracts, which then lead to acquisition or new market expansion. He has advised companies such as Boehringer Ingleheim, Uber Health and EMIS and sits on the Board of companies ranging from AI, to operational workflow, and diagnostics.
Alongside being a panel member on groups such as the NHS Wessex HIN, Oliver is a mentor on the NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and was previously the medical device lead for Tech London Advocates in its early stages of implementation.
